Easily access and download important South Carolina Military Department (SCMD) forms for Armory Rentals, Awards, Discipline, Finance, Freedom of Information, Human Resources, Leave and Attendance, Procurement, Safety, Security, State Property, Time-Sheets, and Travel.
SCMD forms are administered by our State Operations Department. It coordinates and provides Human Resources, Budget/Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, and State Property Book support to the SCMD’s state employees.
